To words that goes well together, and what better place to be when celebrating this event other then NYC? Arriving on Wednesday-I will surely not miss it-even if things are not tempting enough as it is-there is always fun with some extra shopping buzz!!

Its a celebration of shopping-in all the countries Vogue magazine is published so it is an global event to support the retail industry. Its like "Nattåpent" but in a much larger scale-and of course with some charity involved- this time to support the National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Cente when buying a special design t-shirt. -intrigued by these photographs, I found out they are showing at Steven Kasher Gallery in Chelsea,
and are by british fashion photograper Miles Aldridge on until June 20th.

Models@The Met

Great exhibition-but way to crowded! It reminds me a bit of how they usually display it at V&A in London, with different rooms for all the five eras , with the music of the time and the right costumes to set the mood-this was a beautiful journey trough the 50 years of fashion and supermodels that we know so well.

Going on a sunday-is not recommended since it was too crowded with people that normally is not into fashion at all-and makes all sorts of silly comments! But if you can not get enough of looking at the beautiful girls that have become icons of their time- this is really worth a visit.

Lazy day at La Marais

Today we were wandering around in the quiet streets of Marais, and popped by shops like American Retro, Iro, Maje and Sander. I also had some yummi yogurt and honey at MY BERRY. And I found a lilac greek inspired dress at Vintage Desire, 32 rue des rosiers 75004 Paris.
