Its grey, its warm, its simple, elegant and cool. You can always relay on Zara to get cheap and beautiful outerwear. I wish it was mine-but masculine oversized coats sometimes looks better from a distance.

I just loooove the new Alexa bag from Mulberry! You know you are HOT when someone names a bag after you when you are only 26. In true Kelly/Hermes style Alexa Chung was wearing an old Mulberry mens briefcase when out and about-and thats how they got inspired to make a cool feminine version with straps as their new must have bag of the season!

Going to a birthday this weekend suddenly most off all the girls were wearing a dress with heels. Mostly appreciated I must say, and it seems like there really is not too much of an effort to dress up anymore. Everyone does it-and flunking your sequined bright colored dress, or your tasseled tight mini has become the new going out code. What ever happend to the "partytop"?

When I was younger we always talked about "the perfect party top" a cheap shiny bright colored lycra top slung over a pair of skinny jeans was the easy way to look hot in a flash. Now, no one hardly ever talks about "party tops", and who would dear to wear a pair of jeans with a shiny top when going out? If wearing jeans out-you would rather tone it down with a loose t-shirt or a white tank and some sexy killer heels, but never ever together with a sparkling top in a bright color, feminine silk blouse or silk camisole. (Those are for leather skirts or relaxed pants).

Dresses are the new tops-looking at my own wardrobe I have more than 30 different dresses (and no "partytops") that can all be worn more or less during the day as well as nights. Its seems easier to find a versatile party dress and for some reason it is also easier to quickly get dressed, in a dress. Tights (thick black or thin dotted): Check. High heels (boots or pumps but always heels): Check. Done. Slung over your fake or real fur and you will be as chic as ever, boring you might say or that you will get tired of the new dress so easily-just make sure you have enough different accessories to create different looks for your one party dress this season. Its official! and it will be the talk of the fashion world today-H&M is teaming up with luxurious Jimmy Choo for their next collaboration! And every fashionista know their Jimmys or Choos-(bags/shoes) so if you can not afford the real stuff-you can always save up until 14th of November 2009.

As well as the bags and shoes-this time Jimmy Choo will also launch their own clothing line exclusivly for H&M as well as bags and shoes for MEN.

Sexy hot Choos!

This is a smart move for Tamara Mellon founder of Jimmy Choo-and even if you team up with the highstreet-I think it is priceless the amount of free press your label will get-with such a worldwide collaboration. I also believe that its good for Jimmy Choo-because with all the new accessorize labels/and more established designers offering bags/shoes-Jimmy Choo maybe starring in Sex in the city years ago-but for many girls today-it is not the coolest, hottest bag/shoe in town-its glamorous and sexy-but that doesnt always go together with stylish and cool...

It is also an interesting move from H&Ms-to bring in someone in that one didnt exactly expect, as well as mixing the high glamor shoes with the highstreet clothes-that has become one of the modern ways of showing style uniqueness-and with the bags-shoes and new line of clothing-this can become quite interesting, but also-yeah its cheaper-its design for less-but sometime the real stuff always taste a little better..

At the same time I miss a more low key approach to design from H&M point of view, like supporting smaller labels-and up and coming designers, like the ones you can get at Top Shop Unique. Sometimes more interesting-and much more in tune and ahead of the fashiontimes...

If you have been saving for a while, or quit smoking-and put all your money in a jar-this is the place to spend it all! A shop that stocks YSL, Miu Miu, and Balenciaga bags all in one place-has got me!

Other designers-Stella McCartney, Chloe, Rue de Mail, Missoni, Lanvin, Marc Jacobs, and Balenciaga-beautifully displayed upstairs. The designer Barbara Bui owns this shop, and she used to sell her own clothes here-before she started her own line.

So if you wanna check out whats hot in Paris right now-Kabuki is THE place!

Today we were wandering around in the quiet streets of Marais, and popped by shops like American Retro, Iro, Maje and Sander. I also had some yummi yogurt and honey at MY BERRY. And I found a lilac greek inspired dress at Vintage Desire, 32 rue des rosiers 75004 Paris.
